[Dx-qsl] "not-in-log" requests

Peg, I usually write or stamp NOT IN LOG....but make sure you cross out any calls that may cause it to get 'returned' to you.  I often circle the call that it should be returned to.  Kinda ruins the card, but after all, it's not good for much, and at least you're letting the person know the status
