[Dx-qsl] "not-in-log" requests

We have gotten a couple of buro requests that are not in the logs
anywhere after checking for wrong call logged, wrong time, etc. This
would be for both of our home calls (semi-rare county) and for our FP
operations. Can we just send the buro cards back via the outgoing buro
with "not in log" written on them? If not, how do you handle these
short of ignoring them?

For direct cards with return postage, we do let them know the sad news.

We will be going back to Miquelon (FP) for vacation from July 29
through August 7. There are several other operations planned for FP
this year, including a 6-meter effort by Tom N6RA in June. Maybe I
won't have to deal with rude EU pileups this time.
