[Dx-qsl] YI1EM QSL received via EA7FTR

I've been trying for the last two years to get a QSL from Esam, YI1EM, 
with no luck.  Mail service in Iraq apparently is pretty spotty, since 
in spite of four or five tries, he never received a single letter from me. 

Finally, I noticed recently in QRZ.COM that Esam has a new QSL manager, 
EA7FTR, Fran.  I sent a request to Fran last month, and yesterday the 
long-awaited card arrived in the mailbox.  Quite a number of DXers have 
worked Esam but have had no luck getting a card from him, so I wanted to 
post the good news that he has a reliable QSL manager at last.
