Hi there

I have started to receive QSL requests for this station and see that 
there are spots on the Cluster giving me as his QSL manager.

As I have no previously heard about or from the operator of this 
station, can you please circulate that I am *NOT* his QSL manager and 
that under such circumstances, his authenticity must be suspect.
