XF4IH via XE1IH with SAE/GS/new IRCs sent May-3-2004
I sent it via regular air mail too.
Worked on 10m - 20m and 40m on SSB, CW, and RTTY.  # 268!

Very nice color picture 4 sided card and 2 nice stamps on the envelope.
