[Dx-qsl] EA9BW once again ?

Worked EA9BW and sent to his QRZ address to no avail. It came back marked 
BAIA DEL APARTADO.

I assume that means not at that address. I found on IK3QAR that in 1999 
EA9AZ was manager.

My problem is I get no response to emails to either of them.

Has ANYBODY rec'd a card from EA9BW in the past year or less ? If so what 
route did you use ??
