[Dx-qsl] More XF4IH

I have not received mine; I've heard from one station who got his last
week.  Don't know about anyone else.  

Sorry for the spam filter, but without it I get 30-100 spam messages per
day, too much for me to deal with.  Even with it, some get through.  I need
e-mail for my work and have to minimize the time spent dealing with those
idiots clogging up my mailbox.
