BA4DW, David, will activate Changxing Island, Liaoning Province (AS-
151), between November 8 and 14.  It has been confirmed that the
island meets the 200 meter separation rule and is good for IOTA AS-
151.  David will concentrate on 12, 17 and 30 meters with 100 watts
and a HB9CV.  QSL via BA4DW, David Y. J. Zhou, P.O. Box 040-088,
Shanghai, 200040, China.
sent direct 09 Dec 2002 w/$2 bill and 2 other qsl cards.
rcvd 24 Jan 2003 all three contacts.
