That looks like a legit address for Andorra --- except I believe Andorra is
always spelled with two r's.  I particularly remember this because my last
name is Orr and when I was there I remember seeing my last name every time I
saw
 the country name  written.  Oh yes, I have also seen it written as  Andorra
La Ville but what you have there should work.  They  speak  mostly Catalan
there (the same as in Barcelona) but I never met anybody there  who did not
speak
Spanish.
