I know http://www.dailydx.com/3v8bb.html page to send
QSL cards to 3V8BB. I used this page when I had
send my QSL cards. But I couldn't reach a solution.

When Achraf asked me if anybody has problems with
3V4-002 3V QSL cards I sent him a reply.  I have been
sending may cards to 3V8BB, to the correct address,
via bureau with registered mail and haven't received
any reply (From YT1AD, Zaida-Institute,
Muhammed-Institute).

I was sorry that I am the only unlucky radio amateur
that haven't received QSL cards from 3V8BB.
