There is no easy way I can check on that........however......with any
'peculiar' call such as 3V8BB,4U1ITU etc. I always make a point of doing
a thorough search for a manager,or a route.
If I sent a card to RSGB Buro just showing 3V8BB, then it would go into
the 3V8 'Box' - they do not keep records of any specific
operators/routes. What then happens at the 3V8 end, I just don't know.
