[Dx-qsl] A Scoundrel in our Midst?

This chain of emails has interested me as I just worked
LY2ZZ for the first time a couple of days ago and planned on
QSLing him. (I am new to HF and am working towards the
first 100 countries). I will try QSLing him direct.

Also..what size envelopes are the preferred ones for
QSLing? I have been sending domestic QSL's by putting a No.
6 3/4 (3 5/8" x 6 1/2") SASE inside a bigger envelope. I
have received back a bunch of cards that fit into the SASE
no problem. Is this the right size or am I doing it wrong?
I have a whole bunch of DX contacts that I want to QSL this
week and want to make sure I don't screw it up with the
wrong size of envelopes.

Any and all advice on this would be appreciated. I like the
QSLing aspect of ham radio and want to get it right.
