I think the only way to QSL was via the bureau. That's what I heard at
least.

  I wonder if anyone who worked the above station has received a card?  I
realize that as it was a bureau card it probably has not had enough time to
be returned yet, but I just wondered if they have been received yet or not.
I worked this station on 22 Oct 2004 on 15 mtrs.
The operator was Yuji!
