A purely random check on LOTW a few minutes ago indicates that Doug ZP6CW  
uploaded his logs at 1452Z today. Hopefully those logs should be recognized in a 
 few hours if the timeline runs as it did when I submitted my logs several 
times  earlier.
So that might fulfill many who are in need of QSL's that may not have made  
it thru to Doug by mail.
Anxiously awaiting a 6 meter QSL myself.
