[Dx-qsl] re VQ9LA my error

Thanks Jim. At your suggestion, I checked DXSummit and found VQ9LA on 
at the exact date, time, and frequency, but he was talking to PU2WDX. 
Certainly not me for sure. I also checked dates and times before and 
after, but no joy. My error in logging. Now the challenge is to try 
again when 10 is open. So goes dxing......I love it!
