better a late answer than no answer.. :-))
I have just read in the german HAM-magazin "FUNK" issue June this year,  that 
a QSL
from HL0C/5 QSL had been received via the bureau in April. Don't know from  
which
date the operation was. So there must have been QSLs availible. I will try  
for the 2nd 
time via direct. Keep your fingers crossed.
