As far as I have been able to establish, Michel has no interest in 
confirming any of his QSOs and does not QSL.  He did ask me to act for 
him a couple of years ago, but when I asked for copies of his logs, he 
was unwilling or unable to provide them.

Even my friends in Madagascar are unable to assist.
