[Dx-qsl] help for QSL-managers

Hello to the group,
 
I'm looking for the QSL-managers of the stations at the IARU -contest  on
09/10 July this year. Nothing in my files.
As I'm very interested in these QSLs, I want to try direct.
 
OH2HQ   (also hrd in 2003 via OH6LI - send via bureau - no reply  yet)
EM7HQ   (also hrd in 2004 - send via bureau - no reply yet)
9Y4HQ    (also hrd 9Y4TT in 2003 contest - send via Trinidad  and 
                 Tobago Amateur Radio Society, Post Office Box 1167, 
                 Port of Spain, Trinidad, Trinidad & Tobago - no reply yet)
4L0NARG (also hrd 4L0HQ in 2003 - send via bureau - no reply yet)
8N8HQ     (also hrd 8J3JHQ in 2003 - send via  bureau - no reply yet)
 
Any help would be higly appreciated. Many thanks for help.
