I still have a small quantity of IRCs available for sale.  I'm helping a recent DXpedition get rid of these.  They are all of the new variety, and:

-correctly stamped, mailed in multiples of 25, 1.30 each.

-completly unstamped, mailed in multiples of 25, 1.00 each.
