[Dx-qsl] OUTSTANDING QSL'S

I'm still chasing XF3RCC for a 2003 QSO when they were on IOTA NA-090. 
I've sent twice direct and once via a friend in Mexico, but no response 
whatsoever.

It's a bit early to be chasing 7V2SI though :-)
