[Dx-qsl] Return address on QSL's mailed

My 2C worth. Since I don't work in volumes, I have always typed the
return address of station I send QSl to on my sase assuming the address i
have is is correct..I try to make it as easy as possible so that the
other guy only has to make out the QSL and put it in the mail box.  73 Al
