[Dx-qsl] Return address on QSL's mailed

I have found that having a few sheets of return mailing labels with my
address on hand makes it simple to attached my return address to the
received SASE. However, I will admit that I have not had to deal with large
numbers of QSL cards since 1983 BC (before computers.)
