[Dx-qsl] Sending Logs to LoTW

In the coming weeks I will be up-loading the logs for HL9HP, HP1XHH & ka0hyh/hp1, and YS9HH & ka0hyh/ys1 to ARRL's LoTW.  During the conversion process I was able to correct some entries (read: poor handwriting). If by some chance you received your card back with "Not in Log", please send me an e-mail with the details & I will reexamine the log(s).
