[Dx-qsl] disapointment on ZK1SSB

A DX-Summit spot search indicated the following:
DX-SUMMIT Spot Database:
W6RCL     21298.0 ZK1SSB      Don, K6IPV	0250 25 Oct 2003

Don's QRZ.com bio says he was indeed a "op" at ZK1SSB.  Perhaps he
can help getting a QSL.  His QRZ listed email addr is: k6ipv at arrl.net
