[Dx-qsl] (no subject)

I logged VI7CL on OC-233  last August 20 with QSL manager of VK3ER.

However, my QSL request has been returned with an indication that VK3ER is not the manager.

Does anyone have info about VI7CL or maybe it was not legit (or maybe I miscopied the call).
