[Dx-qsl] XF3T qsl information

I am qsl manager for XE1UN and also handle several of his/friends special 
operations.  This includes XF3T in December 2004.

I have logs and am waiting for qsls from the printing operation.  These are 
expected around end of this month.  Once I get qsls, I should be able to 
answer all requests within a few days.
