I've tried QSL'ing Halim twice since I worked him 3+ years ago, once with 2
IRC's, once with a $2 bill.  No reply; but to be fair, no way of knowing if
he actually got either.

Right now, considering the problems in that area of the Indonesia, let's
just hope he's survived and worry about QSL'ing him later.
