[Dx-qsl] KL7WV qso/qsl via LOTW

I worked KL7WV early sunday morning during the arrl dx cw contest.  this 
morning (monday) I uploaded my log to LOTW.  one of the first hits was KL7WV 
for a new one on 80m, #71 confirmed.  don't think I ever got a confirmation 
for something I needed quite this quick.  LOTW does come in handy.  wish 
more stations used it.

right now I am at a bit less than 6000 qsos uploaded and just under 700 
confirmations.  a good number of which do not have matching qsls.
