[Dx-qsl] 6OØCW missing 30M contacts

If you checked the online log and found that your February 15, 30M
contact was missing, it may have been.
During the log conversions, 209 contacts were missed.  I am elated
because the operator remembered my call and Silvano found the
missing contacts after thinking that I had worked a pirate.  Here it
paid to be persistent and present facts to support yourself.
My special thanks to Silvano for being flexible and for investigating.
I know from my own experience on a DXpedition that mistakes do happen.
It is not a laboratory setting.
