[Dx-qsl] just learned a money saver

I had accumulated 2# of qsl cards to send to the ARRL outgoing bureau.

Boxed them up in a small box, taped it closed and took it to the PO.
It was $4.14 for the cards (including the little box)

I realized I could have saved some money by using the PO's Flat Rate folder.
All you can put into the folder for a buck less cost.
The folder is quite large and could easily have fit the 2#'s of cards into it.

And you don't have to supply the box or tape. HIHI
