[Dx-qsl] VP2V/K1ZZ and D68C received via LOTW

D68C: out of 5 QSO only 2 have shown up on LoTW in my
case. I checked their online log and I do have 5 QSO
with them there...So I guess not the entire D68C log
has been uploaded...
