[Dx-qsl] !!! XF4IH received !!!

received today XF4IH for 4 new bands and #324 (#332 total) on  cw.  it took 3 
mailings (3/18/04, 10/8/04 and 12/3/04), the last one via  registered mail to 
enrique's home address.  i assume it was the registered  mail that made it 
past the banditos postales.
 
to me it underscores the need to provide a safe and dependable  qsl address.  
i can't understand why folks will go to all the trouble and  expense of 
mounting a major dxpedition without a way of getting the qsl out in a  reliable 
fashion.  (enuff editorializing!)
