Hi Ben,
hrd him in December 2001 and got a QSL. Address used in 2001:
Vlad Shakun, P.O.Box 244, N-9178 Barentsburg, Norway
 
Used a SAE + 1 USD. No problems at that time.
 
DXNL #1243 (a german DX -Magazin) (May 2001) gave as QSL-route
US5IIU (not RB5IIU). But GOLIST says, all contacts direct to JW0HR.
 
Latest reported QSL in 425 DXN  was in issue 675 from May 2004.
So he had send out a QSL from the Ukraine as QRZ.com said, that he
is be back in the Ukraine in Nov 2002.
