Folks,
here is how it works.
George VE3BNO is the manager who handles all 'RAC' Stations.
Different RAC stations are operated by number of operators,
in all VE provinces, but most of them send their logs to George.
Once George processes the cards, he sends bureau cards to me
for WW distribution.
Hope this helps to understand the process.
