[Dx-qsl] Need info on V51AS

I had to QSL him twice to get a card... the first one never got through.
Have since learned through others that you probably should send the request
registered (or appropriate equivalent) to make sure that it doesn't fall off
the back of the V5 mail truck somewhere enroute to him...

But once he gets your request, he will reply.
