[Dx-qsl] anyone ever get a EA6IB qsl?

In the 8+ years I have been doing The Daily DX no one has reported to me
receiving a QSL from EA6IB!  Might be a good idea to contact some of the
ops, which can be found via http://www.dailydx.com/search.html

Time to stop working EA6IB in the contests?

Worked him twice in 1995 and once in 1999 but no cards even though 
sent three different times with SASE's.
