[Dx-qsl] LoTW shows station's last log upload date / time - if any

You see which stations use LoTW by selecting "Find Call"   Enter  the 
callsign on the next page and press "Look for callsign".
 
If the result shows "No log data found" you know that the station hasn't  
used LoTW yet.
 
Otherwise, you will get the last log upload date and time.
