ET3AA is the Ethiopian Amateur Radio Society. I worked them on 15M SSB 20March2004. I sent my card, a self-addressed envelope, and a green stamp to P.O. Box 60258 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in February 2005, and today I received my SAE back, with Ethiopian stamps and postmark, but containing only my QSL card I sent them. No note... nothing. Any ideas what may have happened?  Anyone with a similar experience?  Anyone have an e-mail address for ET3AA??
