[Dx-qsl] QSL for CT8T aka CT1DVV

Don't know about the Buro but have both stations confirmed thru CT1DVV on all 
bands via his CBA Direct with SAE and a couple of GS.  Maybe a high volume 
station doesn't want to mess with the Buro or maybe you haven't waited long 
enough.  I still get buro cards from Q's 10 yrs ago.  Once got a Buro card from 
a JA for a Johnston Isld Q back in 1972, more than 20 yrs.
