[Dx-qsl] ZK2BQI QSL status?

Hello dears,

I did not get QSL card from I6BQI, the operator and manager for ZK2BQI 2001
activity. Two cards were sent, first one through the bureau, second one
directly three years later. Any ideas how to get it?
