Hi,
SWL need all datas on a QSL as hams - except the report.
Fill in the SWL "call" / Date / Time UTC / Frequency / Mode (!!) / and if
you like,
the station heard. And, you should cancel "confirming our QSO" and write
simply "confirm SWL" or something like that. It is clear, that the DX-call
is even on the card. Otherwise the QSLs are useless for diplomas.
Today, I got my card for 6O0CW from I2YSB - well filled out with a QSL-label.
Myself, I usally write 3 QSOs on a card. If possilbe, due to conditions, the
QSOs
are one behind the other. I do this for a case of mishearing a call and to
avoid, saying
the (simple) QSO was written from the cluster.... But sometimes it is hard
or
impossible to get 3 full QSOs due to propagation. But this should be the
exception
(in my own opinon).
But confirming 1 QSO for each band and mode is enough.
I hope this helps. If you have further questions, do not hesitate to mail me.
vy 73 and have a nice weekend.

I have a question to some of you SWL's out there. I get quite a few cards
from SWL's and would like to know if my rubber stamp on the card received
is adequate to confirm those contacts ? I received one the other day with
about 15 stations heard on it and that means I have to print multiple labels.
I have a couple cards as a Amateur confirmed like that and they are totally
acceptable for award status.
