Prolog shows via HC1HT for '96 &  '94 CQWW=HC1QRC

HC1HT via Manfred Bracht Meermagen, Box 774-A, Quito,  ECUADOR This from 
RAC '04 Buckmaster.com shows a different address

If all else fail's I would try
