[Dx-qsl] hybrid submission

In the upper right corner of the normal DXCC submission form is a check box (include LoTW
something or other)
And in the LoTW submission online, it asks if this should be combined with a card
submission.
It further asks if that card submission was via Field Checking or mail to DXCC deck.
And yes, it 'seems' that LoTW and Hybrid submissions are given priority.
I've done four Hybrids (I think) and had total success and quick turnaround.
