It might be a good time for someone to step up to the plate and again ask
him if he would like a manager.  Its apparent from reading the mail that
many folk have had, and are having problems getting mail to him, for quite
some time.    He has a computer, so someone may diplomatically suggest he
send his logs out to them and they handle things.  The incoming cash could
be used to buy cards, and postage, and the remaining forwarded on to him for
his expenses.  He would probably receive a larger portion of that, than the
amount now getting thru to him, and if he is a card collector himself, his
cards would all arrive at the managers, much safer than now - and be
forwarded more safely as well.

He is very active, and it must be a real pain to deal with all this, plus
being accused by those not in the know, that he isnt responding, when its
just the mail that is less than desireable.  I know I would not have had the
time to get in everyones logs from VS6DD, N7DC/YV5 , and G5CTB had it not
been for the great services of W3HNK.
