Not sure if he has a manager, but you can find his home address on MED 
(licensing authority in ZL) web site.

Just enter the callsing into callsign field and click submit button. Then 
click on the licence number to see the details.
BTW if you hear ZL5, 7, 8, 9 you can easily check with that tool if the call 
is a valid one or is a pirate. The database has all CURRENTLY valid ZL 
callsigns.
