my experience with frank has been hit and miss. got one back in 2 weeks lin 2004 and others had to be resent before being received. i have him confirmed on 5 bands and also worked him last night on 80. have never used registered though. i figure i can send about 4 or 5 tries for what one registered costs. good luck. 73 de STEVE, KZ2I CHARLOTTE, NC USA
