[Dx-qsl] How best to send DXCC submission?

Joe, the answer was staring you in the face when you were at the PO.
Grab some of those free, US Priority Mail envelopes or boxes..

I send  all my qsl's and other stuff that way.
It's only a bit more than first class.
It's the best deal the PO has.

The boxes are tough...and the labels are free also.
