Hello:

The QSL came from a USA address with 37 cents postage. Here's the
QSLing instructions from the T33C web site:

> QSL Info

> The T33C QSL Route is:

> Flo Moudar, F5CWU
> 25 Rue du Castel Salis
> 37100 Tours
> FRANCE

> Some QSL note:

> DIRECT:

> Include a SASE plus at least $2 for postage, or at least one "New Type"
IRC

> Some "additional postage" is a simple and good way to say thank you and to
support this expensive DX-pedition.

I don't have a problem helping out with $ for a DXpedition on a *voluntary*
basis, but I DO have a problem with DXpeditions collecting more money for
postage than they really need. It appears that I have said "thank you" more
than I intended to. Why not put on the web site that US stations need only
send SASE ? IRCs are $1.65 new, $2 is $2, and domestic postage is 37
cents. I've been on DXpeditions, and I didn't expect anyone to help pay for
my vacation. Sorry if I sound crabby...
