Two years ago I worked YC3MM/P on OC-197. I sent 3 cards to IZ8CCW and never got one in return. I did receive other cards from him for other stations he manages. Anybody know what is going on with these cards. I read somewhere that others have received them with some degree of difficulty. tnx Al W4ABW
