[Dx-qsl] swl cards

I'm very sorry to hear that some hams/managers DO NOT answer SWL requests.

I'm using DXBase2005 for my personal log and the logs of the stations I manage.
DXBase provides for an easy way to confirm/print a special SWL card/label.

I consider a swl qsl request just as valid as a qso qsl.
SWL request that arrive via the bureau are returned via the bureau.
SWL request arriving direct with sae and postage are returned promptly.

A courteous request deserves a courteous reply.
